Service Description

We require all new pets to stop by for a fun and stress free meet and greet to ensure they feel comfortable during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their own bookings online up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled service start time. After 24 hours, cancellations of boarding services will be subject to a one day fee. After 24 hours cancellations of daycare services are subject to 50% of one day of daycare fee. Remaining funds will be refunded within 7 days.
